Great staff was very friendly throughout the experience, and they even gave me a copy of my mri after requesting in less than 5 minutes
Dr. Anderson was referred by Dr. Lu Gao of PacMed for hand surgery, the best.
Untrained staff. Can't answer basic questions about insurances, can't say what the procedure costs, can't say out of pocket. Just eager to schedule you for an MRI as soon possible. One of the worst medical practices I have dealt with ever.
I had a wonderful experience with Proliance Eastside MRI from start to finish. The staff was wonderful on the phone and facilitated the referral process after my primary care doctor's office had challenges faxing it over. They were ready for me when I arrived and very attentive throughout my visit. Great technician guided me through every step with care, and I left with a CD of my images. Highly recommend this provider!
