Called into Milford Marina as I had a problem with starting my Mercedes OM636, found the problem was the secondary solenoid, to replace the durite with same was quoted over £200 from Prolek, they said I will look around and see if I can get a cheaper equivalent, RESULT! £28 and they delivered it FOC to Milford so I could fix and get on my way. Fantastic service from Prolek.
Managed to fit me in quickly for an AC replenish, offered a free review of checking the die to see for leaks. Not obvious where the entrance is, not overly excited customer care but can’t complain. £65 for AC refill should have been £50 really so dropped a star for that.
Excellent service from the team at Prolek, they fitted in me in last minute to gas my air con system and then even helped me diagnose the leaks and gave me some advice to repair. They de-gassed the system to save some costs and made it safe to work on then re-gassed the car for me the following week when I had completed the repairs. Highly recommend for anyone needing there air-cons re-gassed or air con systems worked on.
Very competant and trained staff, knows their job very well. Top things i like, 1) Knows the job amd customer exactly demand 2) has all possible tools 3) consult with senior technicians for all further steps 4) full dedication to only one job at a time 5) respects customer time and asset There is alot more tell. Prolek are the most reliable and capable electronics specialist around. Joe at Prolek went above and beyond to help diagnose the problem with my boat's starter motor, and with lots of time spent searching, was able to find me a whole new one. Really friendly guys and always so helpful. Highly recommend.
