Great service I was on holiday in Wales when my car alternator failed and we had to be recovered to the holiday park we was staying at . Prolek were recommended to me by one of the many auto factor shops that didn’t have the alternator. Gentlemen on the phone was very helpful and knowledgeable and got one there the next day and even was kind enough to deliver to the holiday park we were staying at that was some distance for them as I had no means to get to him. Called into Milford Marina as I had a problem with starting my Mercedes OM636, found the problem was the secondary solenoid, to replace the durite with same was quoted over £200 from Prolek, they said I will look around and see if I can get a cheaper equivalent, RESULT! £28 and they delivered it FOC to Milford so I could fix and get on my way. Fantastic service from Prolek.
Managed to fit me in quickly for an AC replenish, offered a free review of checking the die to see for leaks. Not obvious where the entrance is, not overly excited customer care but can’t complain. £65 for AC refill should have been £50 really so dropped a star for that.
