Extremely unprofessional. Moved to Savannah and was looking for a long-term electrician with several projects. They called me 25 minutes before my appointment to say an electrician called out sick and they couldn't honor the appointment. What kind of service business doesn't staff enough for a single call-out?
An electrician was dispatched the same day as my issue and was resolved quickly and professionally. Lisa and the other staff were polite and great through the entire process. I highly recommend their services!!
