After 24 days of my vehicle being held hostage, 3 missed deadlines, and the work paid for I cannot recommend this business. June 25, 2022 I went to ProKoncepts LLC to check the status of my vehicle, hours of the shop are 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (updated within the last week – I have a screen shot).
