Run do not walk from these people. They did mold remediation for us. Opened a wall and removed the carpet in a closet. He suggested we keep the wall open through the season to make sure no water was leaking in from the outside. He said he would come back and finish up once we knew for certain the cause for mold would not reoccur. Like a fool, I paid in good faith for the whole job. New season, I have called FOUR TIMES to have this job completed! He keeps "forgetting" about me and "needs to read the contract". Who in hell wou... read more
