How is this place a animal clinic, its a money grab , the staff is very aggressive. 75$ for no service at all. I had to hurry and get out of there i was so overwhelmed by the staff .I called to tell them how unpleasant my visit was i was very understanding about it bc things do happen but they replied that it was because they were busy and understaffed. Took forever took to see my dog. Finally took dog back saying they needed to get temperature. Finally after 20min vet comes out says she hasn't seen the dog yet. Only hood thing is the vet said seems OK. Still charged 75bucks just to check temp Main issue we had is Customer service
Really appreciate ProK9 for taking such good care of my cat, Dora. She hadn’t pooped for several days and was clearly in pain, so I was pretty worried. The team was caring, professional, and handled her really well. They kept me informed and made sure Dora was comfortable and well taken care of. Very happy with the care she received. my family and i just moved to Houston and i was very anxious on finding the right fit for my baby knowing i would have to get her spayed at some point . I took my dog in for a night emergency visit due to severe hip pain, and the experience was extremely disappointing. To start, the front desk receptionist was rude, showed absolutely no empathy, and seemed like she had no desire to do her job. They did blood work and X-rays on my pet, but during the entire process, I never once saw the veterinarian.
