They never answer phones. I tried the one online. The other they posted in the office on the pink paper and texting the one on the pink paper too and still nothing. Ima try they FB and if nothing still happens then that's just pathetic
They never do what I as from them on the phone, thay say " i will put a note in the computer" then nothing happens. Last week they kept putting me on hold, then hanging up. I wish i had better insuranse so i could go somewhere else, anywhere alse hecause they suck so bad.
I went with my husband so he could get his tooth worked in, we are new patients. I asked to make an appointment and they refused me an appointment because according to them they didn’t have any availabilities, yet they were giving appointments to everyone else. When I asked them about that they said that they were already established and that they didn’t have August open yet.
