They double charged my account for several months, then when I asked to cancel, they gave me the run around. I asked them to refund my money since I hadn't used their gym in months, and they did not refund my money yet and also took out more money and said it was because of an upgrade in equipment. Terrible customer service! They never answer the phone and now their website is down. Shady. Would NOT recommend to anyone!
