Andy, Mark, Alex and all the team really made me fall in love with the gym again! The lads in here make the place feel like a family more than a gym, the place is always absolutely buzzing, the motivation the lads give is amazing, the sessions are always immense, it’s definitely a pleasure spending time here and not a chore like some gyms, the best gym in the North East no question!
Project Ü is absolutely fantastic. Not only are the workouts challenging, but are fun, inclusive and overall amazing. I’ve never been to a gym like this, that makes you feel part of a community that genuinely wants to help and push each other. Whilst these are class activities, each and every trainer makes you feel like you’re the only one in the room, constantly checking and supporting your form and progress.. I honestly have nothing negative to say, and hope that I can continue to train for years to come!
