Place as really gone down hill. They can't keep employees or staff mental health professionals due to their inability to change with the times and flat-out too arrogant to listen to suggestions which promote positive change. Staff is asked to do more then what is legal required and underpaid. If you're a patient and under the impression you're going to their facility to get help with mental health they are lying to you.
