On July 2 2025 I failed drug test given by cps and I said I’d do whatever they told me to. They said go to project turnabout, that day. I go and I’m in detox longer than usual due to it being a holiday and weekend. I spent 5 days in detox before being transferred up to the women’s unit. This is a high intensity rehab and geared towards those who need detox. I agreed to go here and recently discharged from here and did not finish the program. I was told that my insurance was accepted before I went there. 7 days into the program I was told that my insurance was not going to cover the stay and I was not able to pay. Let me start by saying that no one should have to experience what I went through at Project Turnabout. When I first arrived, things seemed fine. However, after about a week, I began to feel that I wasn't being treated fairly by some of the employees. I was involved in an altercation with another patient, and from the beginning, I felt like I was unfairly blamed for what happened.
