Subcontractor installers beware! Not NABCEP Certified installers
Just had my panels installed, and it was an excellent overall experience. From working with the project designer, to the customer rep assigned to me, to the actual installers themselves. Everyone was very professional and made sure I was satisfied and got exactly what I wanted. I specifically want to shout out Sage, who checked in at every step of the project and answered all my questions! That made the whole experience much better and easier.
I have never received the main piece of the set I ordered. The tracking shows it went out but never arrived. The company has not responded to my inquiries. So I can safely say this is a very bad experience.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - a huge scam filled with lies and errors by all parties. Panels were bait-and-switched to a worse brand, installation was a nightmare with contractors leaving panels scattered across the lawn for WEEKS, horrible customer support where calls were left unanswered for days, promises about timeline not kept, initial financier dropped Project Solar as a client due to sheer volume of customer complaints (resulting in an exorbitant interest rate).
