Sam was an absolute pleasure to meet and he's a fantastic technician! I brought him my Land Rover that had an annoying clicking sound every time I accelerated, I took it to so many different shops but Sam found out it was a motor mount quickly and was able to show me and have an invoice ready within 20 minutes. He was a one man show when I first met him, now I believe he's hired some help. I do and will continue to recommend him to everyone I know!
Sam and his team were very quick to respond. It's been such a struggle to find a shop that I'm confident to trust my car with. I showed up at 10am and within the first hour, he was able to diagnose all 3 lights on my dash, then was able to explain it concisely without making me feel dumb! He offered to have me bring the car back while he waited on cheaper parts or pay autozone prices to get it done same day.
