Used Project Pros for our backyard this last summer. We had an issue where water was leaking/flood in g into our garage. They came out quickly to give us a few different options that we could do to try to solve the issue. We ended up having them dig out around our house and garage, where they found a foundation crack that they were able to fix. They waterproofed the exterior and put in a drain tile system and our garage hasn’t leaked since! Thanks guys!

Won't return calls. Simple gravel spreading job... I can't fathom why they weren't able to do this of all jobs. UPDATE: They got back to me via text to explain they didn't return my calls in retaliation for not saying "yes" right away. Despite that pettiness, I offered another project to fix this and he declined. I applaud your well crafted response, below. You sound reasonable in words. Too bad it doesn't match your actions.

This is my second time working with Dirk, Nathan, & the Project Pros Crew. This time, it was to put in a Trex deck for the destination trailer they expertly put in last October. It's hard and stressful to get a project done when you're 200 miles away and can't be there to see the progress. Project Pros made it extremely easy and stress-free. Dirk and crew did an amazing job removing and putting in our new destination trailer into a site that required experts planning and execution. Extremely happy with the job they did.
