I had an unusual roofing problem that other roofers had looked at, told me they could fix, and then I never heard from them again. We had Shiloh’s team come replace our roof. It had been damaged by incorrectly installed solar panels and he went the full ‘nine yards’ in discovery to find rotted wood around the chimney and in the sheathing and his team replaced all of it. He also sent us pictures of what he was finding along the way and kept us in the loop about progress - he was very responsive and straightforward with us. Can't say enough good things about this company! Johnathan King was the project manager, he was very professional. But better than that, he was friendly, easy to talk with, listened to me, answered all my concerns, & treated me with respect! They did a beautiful job, super fast, great clean up! Will definitely use them again on any project, & recommend them also!
