I have been going here now for about 2 months. The atmosphere is fantastic. Laid back and no pressure. But if you need to get pumped and have an intense workout, it's good for that too. The owners are kind, professional and responsive. If you're looking for a small town gym to stay in shape, get jacked, or have a casual daily exercise, Project Iron is a solid option.
Hands down one of the best gyms ever. I used to be terrified of the gym but the environment here is welcoming and everyone is very supportive and friendly. The owners are super kind and very helpful. If you're looking for a gym, this is the best. If I could give more stars I would! It's also very clean and easy to navigate with plenty of equipment.
Great gym, great environment, even better culture! Highly recommend this gym for newbies and experienced lifters alike!
