We used this provider for Birth to 3 early intervention services and came away concerned. Staff didn’t seem up to date on age-appropriate developmental expectations or milestones for the ages they were working with - guidance and activities felt more suited to a different stage than our child's. We also didn't see evidence of active oversight or quality checks on staff training, which is concerning for a program serving infants and toddlers.
