I been calling to make a appointment since 9am until the close and no answer so I go to the office and they just sitting there looking at there phones and not answering the phone so me soon I get there I called in front of them to see and guess was they look at the phone and let patience sit on hold its unprofessional so when I was to the lady and ask is y'all busy today they lady say no so me being nice I asked if y'all not busy then why y'all don't answer the phone I showed them my phone I been waiting on hold for hours al... read more
