Great customer support
I haven’t taken too many classes yet so take my review with a grain of salt but here’s what I can tell you based on my own experience so far. If you’re looking for the typical style gym (“I pick things up and put them down”) this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a place that will actually motivate you, teach you proper form, how to get lean and build muscle (guys and girls) then try Project FLX out. If you’re looking for a great workout then you should seriously consider Project FLX. This might sound like an advertisement but it’s not (and I don’t work for them either). I’m just excited cause I’ve been looking for a place like this for the last year since my long time trainer changed his career.
