Rob and his team were excellent! I've used contractors in the past before and have experienced nothing but issues with communicating, adhering to a timeline, and frivolous charges. Rob was very responsive on the phone and great at walking me through the entire process before and during construction.

Last year we had Project LLC enclose our carport to a single car garage, rebuild the bump out on the front of our house, replace the wood on our house with Hardy cement fiber board siding, and finish the inside of our laundry room. They did an excellent job. We are incredibly pleased with the results and have gotten several compliments from our neighbors. Robert designed a carport conversion to a master suite for us. He was very easy to collaborate with and happily accommodated our many change requests. The final drawings were thorough and easily passed through the Scottsdale permitting process.
