Project Chesapeake violated my HIPPA rights after I decided to search for another provider and withdrew any authorization to discuss my personal Health Information. I have a filed a formal HIPPA complaint against them with the U.S. Department of Health and Human services.
Seek other options.
The Edgewood office has NO hot water. People are n and out all day long leaving urinalysis samples and NO way to wash your hands. I been to several out patient programs and never seen one so poorly ran. Unprofessional to say the least. Also they hav 2 supervisors that both took off n the same wk - Riddle me that. I guess 8 yrs of college confuses some people.
Supportive atmosphere, where clients are treated with dignity. I was offered all the tools to achieve success in sobriety.
Horrible! Made me worse as they used me as a laughing stock. Nothing is confidential and they milk your insurance too. Thanks for nothing. 4 years sober! I don't need you!
