Hi CatSnip Team. Wanted to give a shout out to the incredible team at Monroe Mobile location, in partnership with Humane Society of Walton County in Monroe, in taking care of a mama cat that showed up and we needed to have spayed. (5/21/25) Chandler, Grace and Dr Trudgen were awesome and got us all set up and the mama cat spayed. Location was perfect, check in was simple, communication through out day on status was timely, costs for services are reasonable and affordable and post op instructions were clear. So on May 9, 2025 I took my sweet Revy to be spayed at 11 months old. On my way to pick her up I received a phone call that shortly after surgery my cat passed way.. I believe there are others out there that just haven’t said anything however, I want others who come here to beware! I was never a cat person until this cat, she made my family so happy. Last night I had to hold my daughter as she cried “it hurts so bad” she’s only 6… I’ll never know what truly happened, save the money take your pet to the real vet as much as th... read more
