Steve helped me to decide on the best way to build a composite deck on the back side of our pool, that included a covered pavilion area to relax under some cover. One year ago today Project Built was hired to replace outdoor siding damaged during a hail storm. Steve assessed the damage, provided an estimate, secured the material, and scheduled a day to replace the siding. His attention to detail has ensured the siding has withstood sustained winds of 40 mph with gusts pushing 60 mph. Along with the siding there were numerous screens damaged by the storm. We have had to put in a ton more money to get the job done right after they left. Sprinklers, and grass all had to be redone. We have major erosion issues with the retaining wall they built. I have no idea why they put a drain next to the retaining wall and not in the middle of the yard. The wood they used for our railing now has to be replaced. They are aware of the issues and have never reached out to try and correct their mistakes.
