I think project blonde is a horrible hair salon.my mom gets her hair done there.she gets off work around four and doesn't get home until 9 or 10. That is RIDICULOUS. The owner is the one that does her hair. She talks and talks she will stop in the middle of doing your hair to hang out and eat and to talk on the phone.
