I brought in a used mountain bike I had recently purchased online, and the team went above and beyond. Immediately spotted a loose brake rotor I hadn’t noticed, helped install a kids’ bike seat, and took care of several other adjustments. knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure my bike was safe and ready to ride. Highly recommend!
I was visiting Bend and I needed my tires filled. I was happy to pay for that service, but they did it for free! I even tried to buy a sticker I liked from the front desk.. and that was free! I didn’t need to rent a bike but if I ever do, this will be the place. Thank you so much!!
