I bought my Transition Sentinel from Cary about 5 years ago, he was great to work with, super nice guy and very helpful with the bike fit. Whenever I go back to Project Bike for mechanical work or gear, the staff is always helpful and friendly. Project Bike is hands-down the best bike shop in Bend! Whether I need a quick fix, help picking out gear, or just want to chat about trails, they’re always welcoming and super knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to help all their customers. Huge shoutout to Alex—he’s always so helpful and easy to talk to. The whole crew is awesome, and they’re all experts in what they do!

Super friendly and helpful! Called around and they were able to get my bike in and out same day with a full brake change. Highly recommend for all your bike needs!
