I had to push my e-bike from the Deschutes River to “Project Bike” on Bond street, after I threw a chain; it was binded between the rim and cassette. Will in Customer Service immediately serviced my bike and tuned it up better than I ever remember it before. I was so impressed by this shop / store that I couldn’t help but grab one of their floor sales and got myself a beautiful second e-bike.
