Excellent gym. It’s a small gym but it does well with the limited space so it doesn’t feel like you are tripping over machines. It does get busy to the point of unusable during evening peak and sat mornings for a hour or two, but outside of that there are no issues. Sauna facilities are top notch, bathrooms are clean. Other customers are respectful and equipment is generally put away.

This is a boutique gym. It's very small, and therefore has limited equipment - you won't find an enormous range of gear, but they make the most of the space. If you can only attend the gym in peak times - then it is quite crowded and it can be difficult to access certain equipment. Overall, this gym is pretty great for the price, fairly clean for a 24hr gym and really good facilities like the ice bath and sauna. Staff seem friendly and I like that the place has a lot of natural light, plants and puppies - it's a good vibe. Couple of things to note: 1. No mirrors - Not necessarily a negative. Pro: As a woman working out in a busy gym, it's nice not having to worry about being watched from multiple vantage points. Con: You can't check your form. 2.
