Project Arete created a custom training plan for the Toronto Wolverines U12 Hockey team during an Ottawa Tournament. Though the Ottawa teams (with assistance from their local referees) scored more goals than the Toronto players did - the highlight was the training at the gym! I have been going to Project Arete and seeing Natalie for the past three years, and I have seen this boutique gym transform from an upstart to a state-of-the-art facility catering to all ages and fitness needs. I highly recommend training at Project Arete!
To say that Natalie changed my life is not an overstatement. I started going to Project Arete when I was suffering from debilitating back pain that really reduced my movement and quality of life.
