This year, our family chose the team from Project 360 & Remodeling to complete a very involved renovation project of our late parents' home as part of a plan to sell the property. Fiorella did a great job of communicating what we wanted and making sure it was accomplished. We had all of our cabinetry stained dark espresso and she made sure to put one coat on at a time to verify that it was the color we were looking for. Once we were satisfied she had everything clear coated to ensure longevity and durability. We are very pleased with the final product.

The first job went reasonably smoothly. The painters missed portions of the walls in 2 bathrooms. On the second job, which involved hanging sheetrock on a ceiling, the sub came without an assistant. The sub showed up in a van that stalled out repeatedly and finally had to be pushed into a parking location. When the sub left, the van stalled out in the street in front of my driveway. Couldn’t be better. Quality paint, Sherwin Williams or your own. Professional service, cleaned up after themselves. Friendly and communicated very often with making sure I was getting what I wanted done. They allowed me to add a room to the invoice and service last minute and even stayed late to do the work. The price is very reasonable. Reliable, they didn’t cancel or reschedule. Chimney, exterior siding, food pantry, master bathroom- anything I asked for.
