Bought a 1960s “summer” cottage built using 2x4 construction (walls and ceilings). Rockwool is great insulation but R7 was all the insulation possible unless we chose spray foam. Raul came over to our cottage for the estimate. He was professional, quickly took the measurements for the quote.
