I had very recently bought a manufactured home. They very first day we walked into it as owners the roof was leaking. Water going down the wall. A pool of water on the floor. It was December the 31st. I left message with multiple roofers. Pro home roofers called me an hour later. After explaining the situation he says I can be there within an hour. These 3 men worked like animals on our very large, very steep roof for 2 days straight during rain and wind. Mind you they did not replace the roof but did moss removal and preventative care and gutters (neglected by previous owners for 10+ years). They cleaned up their mess both days and informed us of needed repairs. Looks like the gutters are doing their intended job for once. Thanks guys.
This company has an amazing team of workers! My new roof is beautiful & they used high quality materials that are warranteed for 50 years! They also give a 10 year service & repair warranty! Of all the estimates I received, Home Pros was the lowest & they included new gutters in their estimate! Their crew was careful to clean up afterwards & even used a magnet to find any metal nails, etc. The three roofers all wore harnesses as a safety measure but when I asked if anyone had ever fallen the answer was no. Tim & company did a great job in a timely manner replacing the roof on my rental house. Unfortunately, a large branch landed on the newly replaced roof a month later in an ice storm, causing some damage. I’m having them back to do the repairs, this time as an insurance claim.
Timothy and his crew were incredibly quick, efficient, and professional in repairing a leak in my roof - and we all know how stressful that can be.
