One star is honestly more than this experience deserves. I went in simply to buy rolling papers and filters, and I was shocked by how rude and disrespectful the male employee was. I asked a very simple question, and instead of answering normally, he responded with a rude, dismissive, and extremely condescending attitude. Owner lack honesty and transparency with the customers. First I wasn't given my receipt, when asked for it he said I wouldn't need it, if anything, since he's the owner and the only one working there. Turns out I needed to make an exchange because I didn't need what I had bought and wanted to get something else but was refused to make an exchange even though it was initially verbally offered and its mentioned on the receipt.
