Really happy with my interactions with all the staff and overall treatment here. I really felt heard and supported by the NP, PA and student who all helped me this evening for what I thought was ringworm. Empathetic and caring service, normally I go to Froedtert but was so impressed with my care this evening. Keep up the great work!Â
I went in to this center on a late Monday afternoon. The check-in went smoothly and the wait time was around 15 minutes as indicated online. The APNP I saw about the issue I was having was very good as he spent a more than expected amount of time kindly explaining my problem and how to care for, as well as prevent it in the future. I was also asked what route I would be more comfortable in taking for my treatment after an explanation of options, which was a pleasant surprise. Kathy S the receptionist was so kind and easy to work with! Sam Weber the NP was thorough and has great bed side manners. Really nice people work here! Will be bringing my family back.Â
Went in with possibly covid, front desk was very kind and comforting. When I went into the privacy room, Sandra took my vitals and tests and was very supportive as well. She calmed my nerves and when Brooke came in she was upfront and very professional. She gave me lots of advice on how to prevent and stay healthy in the future. Overall great experience and will go back in the future if needed.Â
