Very slow and there no pateint next to me only i am sitting here just for x-ray 1hr and 40 mints i wait here staff lady talking style is kind a rude main thing is this urget care dont care pateint how we suffer and in pain
My daughter had an extremely high fever so we came to this location to get her checked out. As I arrived, there had only been 3 cars in the parking lot and no patients waiting in thr office. Once I walked in and the receptionist, Jeaninie, had told me to set up an appointment later in the day. When I tried to clarify whether the clinic takes in walk-in appointments for the future, she had became very rude. Most unorganized space made us wait more than an hour to be seen in the waiting room and then another half hour in the processing room. Staff has an attitude.
Horrible experience. The PA on call gave useless advice that I could have given and after I followed up they never even called me back for what is probably a serious rib injury. Malpractice at its finest. DO NOT COME HERE. If you need urgent care go to city md down the block!
