I am adding yet another great review for this wonderful facility. My elderly parents came in today for an appointment. I live 400 mikes away in Buffalo, but I received an email stating that they had an appointment. Their health portal is under my email, since they are quite elderly and often confused. A few hours after the appt, my parents called me to say they went to Optum to test for Covid, as they had been exposed. Everyone here is so great, the front desk staff are so sweet and they make you feel so comfortable. Tommy tan the PA is absolutely amazing he’s so kind and caring, goes through the exam so thoroughly and takes his time explaining making sure everything is understood even after the appointment he checks up by calling and messaging on MyChart. If you’re going to see anyone I really recommend him he’s wonderful he helped comfort my mom and also put me at ease during the appointment. Thanks to them for being so kind and helpful!
