Everyone here is so great, the front desk staff are so sweet and they make you feel so comfortable. Tommy tan the PA is absolutely amazing he’s so kind and caring, goes through the exam so thoroughly and takes his time explaining making sure everything is understood even after the appointment he checks up by calling and messaging on MyChart. If you’re going to see anyone I really recommend him he’s wonderful he helped comfort my mom and also put me at ease during the appointment. Thanks to them for being so kind and helpful!

This is the very first time I’ve had a positive experience at an urgent care in The Bronx in 3 years. Both the nurse and the doctor listened to my concerns and asked me questions in detail. The doctor even quadruple checked my blood pressure to be sure that the number was accurate. The front desk lady was also very helpful and kind. Thank you SO much for listening to your patients and prioritizing customer service!!
