I found it too difficult to get in touch with a specific doctor. I don''t like that I cannot directly email or telephone the doctor. None of rhe descriptions seemed to fit my queries. I also found it impossilble to find out when my last colonoscopy was to know if I need to contact the gastroenterologist to make an appointment. In general, this new format of everything going through Optum makes me feel as if I have control over my medical care.
Dr Lieberman is wonderful. I have been a patient of hers over 20 years. She is thorough, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She has never made me feel rushed and honestly cares about my wellbeing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great gynecologist.
Everyone in the office, from the receptionists, Ultra Sound tech, the assistant, Christina, to Dr. Kobren was amazing. They were very accommodating when I needed an immediate ultrasound done because the doctor wanted to see live what was going on. The empathy and compassion they showed was far beyond anything I have ever felt in a doctors office before. Dr. Kobren took his time to explain everything, made sure I didnt have any questions and I didnt feel rushed. Thank you Optum!
not happy .. got charged for "extra work" which wasn't discussed with me when I came for annual check up. Doctor ( won't mention the name) asked to come for a follow up visit without clear reason. Just be careful why you are going to doctor and what result you want to achieve.
