This was my first visit here and the receptionist Ivy is very kind and professional. The doctor I saw Shelley was incredible and very knowledgeable. She took the time yo answer all my questions and made me feel at ease. I would definitely recommend this place.
Nice facility, private parking lot with plenty of parking, friendly staff. Thr doctors and PA are friendly and knowledgeable. I see the PA Shelly who is always on time!
Being at the doctor's office is one thing Obgyn is another. I've gone through alot in the past 3 years where I had anxiety just thinking about going to the Obgyn, because of a painful experience that I had. However yesterday felt so much better, from the moment that I walked in the Optum office, I was greeted so warmly and lady at the front desk was extremely helpful and Dr. Lisa was amazing, down to earth and very caring, she made me feel so comfortable and made the appointment a great one.
