I have had wonderful experiences at this Farmington practice! Dr. Wells is caring and a great listener to my needs and concerns as I morph into old age. She has responded to my questions on line in My Chart immediately. In addition, Monique Beaudoin, a medical assistant that I have had several times, is professional, courteous, friendly and supportive. Need I say more of the professionals I have had?!?!?!
I have been going to ProHealth for years. After Dr. Babu left I was stuck with Dr. Rajashekar, who has showed consistently bad bedside manners, and does not listen to patients. The bedside manner is poor rushed, dismissive, and lacking basic empathy. Concerns are brushed off, questions are ignored, and there is no accountability when mistakes are made.
