I had been with the Dr affiliated with this organization for many years and didn't have any issues until ProHealth took over. With two chronic illnesses, one: my physician was quite dismissive and said, "That's a reproductive issue. You'll need to see a specialist". The other is an illness they treat with medication consistently for the last 20 years. So I go to the specialist and get a full physical. I've been with pro-health since the late 90's, if I remember. Dr. Paul Dolinsky, was my PCP, and I was really happy with him until 2019, when I retired and he retired shortly after me. I'm happy with Dr. Shilpa Rajashekar, my current PCP. The new, Boston based, billing company, however, is really bad. They send a slew of medical bills after every visit, some of them erroneously. I've seen three different doctors at this office, and every one of them has been great! The doctors, staff, and receptionists are all strong advocates for their patients and work hard to provide the best care possible. I know there are some negative reviews, but it's important to understand that they are incredibly busy. The receptionists, in particular, go above and beyond to help with paperwork and ensure everything runs smoothly. Their office is the WORST! I was a patient at the office in Avon until they had moved/combined with the Farmington location. Ever since then, it has gone downhill. Their call volume is definitely very high, but they have done nothing to improve this. Anytime I call, I’m on hold for AT LEAST 10 minutes or much longer. It’s quite simple really, they need to hire more office staff because it’s been like this for many months or longer.
