So I am a new patient at proheld physicians and I waited 3 months from my first appointment the lady calls me 2 days before to tell me the doctor no longer works there and my appointment needs to be rescheduled so today she calls me again to tell me my appointment needs to be rescheduled again because the new doctor is not starting for a couple more weeks this place is an absolute joke you don't do this to your patients especially new patients that need to be seen as well.. I am writing this review- after getting a 'Final Notice' for a small amount ( that I do NOT owe! ) and is being investigated by the Healthcare Advocate of Connecticut, who told me 'something does NOT make sense and they are waiting for a reply from Pro Health- as of a WEEK ago! I have spoken directly to a customer Service person in the Manchester Office who knows all about my being 'double billed' and despite her making 'notes' on my account ( she's also aware of the investigation - and agree's I should NOT being getting 'do... read more
