My specialist (through hartford health care) ordered blood work, which I got done at Quest. I'm assuming Prohealth got a copy of it because they're listed as my primary care. I keep getting bills from prohealth for the blood work, despite the fact that I already paid quest and prohealth was not involved in the process in any way. In general, I would stay away, they seem to have very questionable billing practices. I’ve seen a lot of doctors in my day, and Sonal Agarwal is hands down the worst. Her ineptness and anyone who would hire her should make you second guess choosing this practice. Will never return.

My family and I have been patients of ProHealth in Glastonbury long before they were acquired by Optum. The began as a family-centered medical practice that was top-notch. They were probably the most popular practice in the area. Following the acquisition, however, there were changes. New rules regarding time with patients fostered a less patient-centric environment. I met with Dr. Herlands for a routine visit with a few concerns. He listened to everything I said and allowed me to ask questions. I needed refills for two prescriptions and they were filled the next day. I left his office with no concerns.

I’ve been a patient for many years and they have always treated me professionally, respectfully and very friendly. I trust their judgment and diagnoses. I’m very glad that Sarah is my PCP. I never had any issues with the service or the care I get. I’ve heard some horror stories about other places but can honestly say ProHealth in Glastonbury is the place to go when you need medical attention.
