I called to make a physical and they informed me they have no appointments until February 1, 2027. How sad what healthcare has become that you can’t be seen for close to a year.
I am on hydrocodone for severe pain from spinal stenosis and was getting close to running out. I filled out the My Chart request for a refill, and the next day a nurse called and said that the covering doctor was "uncomfortable" about refilling them!! What about me, the patient??? I called two times again and said I was out of the meds and in great pain, only to be told the same thing. On the second call I was hung up on! Now I have to wait three more days for when my primary is back!! Not happy.
Good Physicians. Inferior billing, communication, phlebotomy dept, insurance liaisons, and they WILL NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKES! YOU’RE BETTER OFF SOMEWHERE ELSE. If not, get the codes for your annual checkup and what they will be billing your insurance FIRST because they will not make it right for MONTHS TO COME!!!!! Maybe not even then!!!!
this office is an absolute joke i have had more appointments canceled and rescheduled and no one that works there knows what they are doing avoid this place at all costs i am currently looking for a new dr because of how awful this place is.
