I have worked at the center for over 6years and it has been my favorite job next to baking. The providers at the office care so much about our patients. They try to go above and beyond for patients. We are always trying to make sure we find the right treatment plans for each patient. The staff works very hard to help the patients. I know I try to make sure every visit is a pleasant experience. if you are looking for an office that answers the phone, this is NOT the place for you. i tried calling the office yesterday to change an appointment.I was left on hold for 10 minutes( no one picked up the phone), so I hung up, I tried recalling at LEAST 15 times during the day, with a constant busy signal. there was no option to leave a message. I have been trying to call for 2 hours so far today, so far, only a busy signal. no voicemail option not able to leave a message
