A money washing scheme, doctors build these partnerships to avoid malpractice suits. What they practice though is something unethical. Fiancé walked in paying cash yesterday April 2026, they charged her to come in 20 minutes later they charged her to walk out, was treated dismissively, i.e no doctor patient connectivity. This is the type of people we put in charge of health in our socitey, makes me sick :8. this place should be closed with a large padlock.
Not sure why this place has such negative reviews. I love going here as my primary care provider. Everyone there is so nice, from the receptionists, to the medical assistants, APRNs and doctors. They're accommodating and want to help you! I personally see Melissa Andrews as my primary care provider. She is excellent! She is so nice and is super smart. Would recommend anyone come here for primary care, they've done such a good job by me, and I think they'd do the same for you!
Melissa Andrews would probably be the most unhelpful doctor I have found, plus she has refused multiple requests for almost 2 months now to release my medical records or my daughters to myself or our new doctors. They didn't like the fact my daughter is autistic and kicked us out, Happened to be the appointment for her SSA. Would highly not recommend . This was a great office until Optum made it impossible to get in to see doctors. The wait times are long both to get an appointment and to see the doctor once you're there, the staff is run ragged. They spruced up the place with an updated entry area but the operations are bad - not because of the people who work there who always seem nice. My primary care doctor left and I got a message saying they didn't have anyone for me to see there anymore...so I went elsewhere.
