I once was able to call my doctor's office for an appointment and within a max wait time of maybe a couple minutes, now, I am put into a call bucket until someone cares to pick up the phone. I have currently been on hold for 26 minutes after the auto message said it would be 13 minutes. Then once you get in the door, the girls at the desk have no regard to privacy when announcing your total balance due to the entire waiting room.
