Dr Salm is the worst doctor I’ve ever had the unpleasure of having to meet with. My PCP was on vacation January 2023 so prohealth had me meet with doctor David Salm. I was experiencing major headaches. He did not try to refer me to get any type of head scan and told me I had too many questions that he didn’t have answers to. On November 25,2023 I experienced the Headaches that I Had when I met with Dr. Salm in January 2023 I went to Manchester Memorial emergency room. I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Salm's for many years. My mother was one of his first patients. She was not an easy patient but found him wonderful! His knowledge, his memory, his interest in his patients add to his ability. My children and now my grandchild are also patients of his. We are so grateful to have him for our doctor!
Dr. Salm is very nice but his staff are arrogant, can't be bothered to help you - it's an inconvenience to them to do their job. The last staff member hung up on me instead of dealing with me - seems as if they only want billable appointments. Gone are the days when medical staff actually cared.
