The office staff, Emily in particular, is the worst. My mother has been going to this practice for over 25 years. Ever since Dr Scappacci retired ,this practice has gone steadily downhill, unless these new providers get a handle on their office staff and realize that their staff are direct reflections on them they are going to lose their patients. I am actively looking for a new provider for my mom. Just because she is in her 80's does not mean she doesn't deserve the respect she received while Dr. Scappacci was there. He wa... read more
