Front desk is great. NP was wonderful. Dr was too busy. Had a 230 saw no Dr by 330. Upper floor was waaaaay too hot. Was there with herniated disc. I was in pain and over heated so I’ll admit I was cranky but an hour wait to not even see the Dr just isn’t acceptable when you have an apt.
Sara Tyler NO good nor is this mis managed office. They canceled appointments on several elderly people that I care for multiple times with serious health issues Shame On This Place come to find out Sara will NOT be in the office for a long time or ever again. The receptionist never informed these people of that. Wow what a mess this place is. Malpractice/Lawsuits!
The CT scan at the Marlborough ER Wednesday disclosed a previously unnoted lesion on a kidney. Your office immediately saw to this and ordered an MRI. I am thoroughly pleased at your alertness and alacrity.
