I scheduled an appointment five days in advance. Used a Prohealth lab because my Dr's office is Prohealth. So they will have my needed tests on my file. I get reminders of the appointment. Show up on time, get in the chair and they tell me they do not have all the tube's needed to perform the tests!
Dr Baron has been my primary doctor for many years and we have a great relationship. The office staff are extremely friendly especially Miguel.
Dr. Baran is excellent but I will be changing to another practice because I cannot reach a human being on the phone - ever. I call and wait on hold for 30-45 minutes. No one answers and no one ever calls back. Ironically - their automated message tries to tell me that my call is important to them. Hah!
