I called to confirm my prescription and the woman who answered was very rude and unhelpful.
Staff are rude, incompetent, lazy, incoherent, greedy and ignorant! I was a customer for 3 years. I will never go back. Spoke with management, absolutely nothing changed!! You don’t even deserve 1 star! Over a week for a single refill and nothing but errors and excuses with no tangible and lasting results! Also left my delivery downstairs in plain view and easy to steal without following directions many times.
One of the best decisions I’ve made in life is that I changed my primary pharmacy to ProHealth. I never have to worry about getting medications on time because this team is always on top of it. Any time I have a question, they get answered immediately. I don’t know why it took me so long to switch from mainstream retail pharamcies but I’m never looking back.
The kids and I went for flu shots there. Everyone is very professional.
