I had an urgent eye issue today and Dr. Robert Auerbach was incredible. I came in with severe discomfort, and he was patient, calm, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, and successfully removed the object that had been stuck under my eyelid. The relief was immediate. Great location / friendly staff and very spacious office. The Doctors did a very comprehensive eye exam to diagnose my eye condition. My new GO TO for all my eye care.
This clinic is very irresponsible. I ordered Atropine through them more than a month ago, but I still haven’t received the medication. I’ve called the clinic over ten times (most of the calls went unanswered) and also called the pharmacy about ten times, but both sides just keep passing the responsibility back and forth. No one is following up, no one is updating me on the progress, and I haven’t received any messages. disappointed with front desk service.. 2 female staff are uninterested and unhelpful. treat my family with very rude behavior.. horrible experience.. over all lack of professionalism.. I hope management take these concerns seriously.
