I took my kids first time and our doc was Janhavi shiarli. She was very nice caring and actually listened attentively to what my concerns were. The other staff members were helpful too. It’s easier to manage appointments thru MyChart rather than being on phone. Only problem I faced I had to cancel one of the appointments by phone but couldn’t actually reach anyone after couple of trying but eventually contacted them by calling them every half an hour. Longest wait I have ever experienced in any kind of doctor’s office .. a wait to be seen initially and then another wait far longer than they said after the dilation … they billed my insurance over 3x what the price would’ve been if I didn’t have insurance and still sent me a bill for more money even though my insurance paid more than their cash price .. seems like a scam
I love Dr Auerbach, but was shocked at the price of my bill. I was not told that I needed or was going to get additional tests, and the cost was so much higher than ever before. I called and the price was lowered by over $200, but I still have a bigger bill than ever before. I know nothing about additional tests, or why I needed them, and why I was originally charged for them
I had an urgent eye issue today and Dr. Robert Auerbach was incredible. I came in with severe discomfort, and he was patient, calm, and extremely thorough. He took the time to explain everything he was doing, made sure I felt comfortable, and successfully removed the object that had been stuck under my eyelid. The relief was immediate. His professionalism, skill, and kindness made a really stressful situation so much easier. I’m truly grateful for the care I received.
