Great experience. Dr. Ding was the fourth Dr. I consulted regarding this issue and, notwithstanding the fact he gave me news I hoped not to hear, he was the only one who took the time to understand my situation, explain my current state, and clearly lay out my options. Took a genuine interest in my case and clearly enjoys/excels at providing top quality care. Even though I was hoping for better news I left there feeling much better than when I got there.
AWFUL, OFFICE STAFF NEEDS TRAINING. YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER. THEY FAIL TO ADDRESS YOUR CONCERNS. WASTE OF TIME. HAD TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PRATICE TO GET PROPER CARE. NOT HAPPY WITH THE OFFICE STAFF OR DOCTORS.
Always professional and recommended a colleague to help with another problem i was having, definitely come back to this office in the future
