This hospital does NOT provide good care. Run- don’t walk to Aurora or any other hospital to take care of your loved ones. My 85 year old Fad has been admitted multiple times for conditions that did NOT get cleared up before discharge. Landing him back in the ER. He had a UTI and MRSA, never tested for clear up before they sent him back to a nursing home. His blood pressure medication was increased 4x, erroneously, resulting in an urgent admit. I’ve had to make a handful of visits here over the years and never really had any complaints. But I was so impressed at my last visit that I have to leave a review. We wound up here recently after a scary incident with my 15 month old daughter and everybody went above and beyond to provide excellent care, to comfort her (and me), and to address all our concerns. Terrible experience. They are also getting sued by someone I know due to emergency care malpractice. If you can avoid going here, do so. It may save your life.

Due to all ED staff and their swift action, my son and I are still alive today. When I arrived it was all hands on deck. Dr. Sadler was calm and composed during a very emergent situation. They were able to get me up to L&D quickly to deliver my son. We are extremely thankful for everyone at Oconomowoc Memorial ED.

I’ve had many problems with my health lately and have been to this location 2 times recently. They have been wonderful. They really seem to care a lot and have given me a lot of advice on my situation to help me with the future. I just would like to give a shot out to my two main Nurses: Casandra and Jorge. They were very friendly and helpful and worked so hard to help me get through the pain I was having. Thanks a bunch guys and thanks Oconomowoc for helping me through my situation
