Amy and Dr Guenther give excellent care and are very compassionate, they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable!
No other patients, walked out after waiting about 40 minutes. The nurse tried taking my blood pressure with my winter coat on. They didn't even leave a TV remote in my room. They closed the door on me while I was waiting. They were asking weird questions about the full moon. I felt uncomfortable and thankyou I'm still in pain. Good job or lack there of.
Went in for heart problems. They did all the tests EKG, exray, blood and urine. I was told that everything looked fine, they gave me an aspirin and sent me home. Even though I told them that I feel weak and shaky and I need an IV bag. I requested an IV bag at least 30 times and it fell upon deaf ears. When I left Oconomowoc ER I drove down to "Brookfield IV Nutrition" and PAID $100 for the IV Minerals bag. The same UV minerals bag that I could have received for free through my insurance while at the ER!!!! No thanks to the E... read more
Coming to this site to post a review, I am a bit surprised to read of the negative experiences others have shared. In December of 2022 I was treated for a broken wrist and thumb. Dr. Westlake and the ER staff were professional, caring and efficient. Just recently we met our 37 year old daughter at the ER who was experiencing breathing difficulties. 5 months prior she had suffered a stroke so we, along with her, were fearing a reoccurrence. I honestly wish I could give and even worse star review. To my last nurse I had on 11/01/2023 at approximately 5-5:30 thank you for treating me like a human being. I had the worst toothache pain I’ve ever had in my life. I went in hysterically crying from how painful this was. When I got there (I was balling, and had a sister helping me out with the talking) I was checked in 10-15 minutes after still in extreme pain.
